Josie Vidic grew up on a small sheep ranch outside of Roundup, Montana. She began riding horses as soon as she could walk. She attended Colorado State University where she majored in Equine Science. During this time she put together a winning polo team for the Rocky Mountain Circuit Women’s Challenge Cup with teammates Roxi Keyvauver, long time friend Melissa Perkins and friend from across the globe, Mumy Bellande. She was also named a member of the Regional All-Star polo team as well as the coveted Intercollegiate All American Polo Team. Josie began instructing polo in Midland, Texas after completion of her Bachelor of Science degree. She soon returned to Colorado where she is currently employed by Wells Fargo Bank and manages her family-owned polo club, Willow Creek Polo Club in Elizabeth, Colorado. When not teaching or playing polo, Josie enjoys spending time in the outdoors; hiking, fishing, and biking in the mountains of Colorado.
